Established in 1990Rex Evilsizor, a former ICC Special Agent, founded the company as Rex Evilsizor & Associates. In 2004, he passed the business to his daughter, Penni Royston, who continued to grow and evolve the company. In 2025, Penni entrusted the next generation of leadership to her daughter, Andrea Royston, continuing the family legacy of dedicated service.
