Begin by completing this form to get the process going.
First, your USDOT number needs to be active for motor carriers. If it is inactive, then we would need to reactivate your USDOT number with the MCS-150. This may add an additional two days on to the reinstatement process.
Once the USDOT is reactivated then be sure you contact your insurance company and request they file a BMC-91x electronically. Once this is on file with the FMCSA we can proceed with the reinstatement.
We will automatically file the BOC-3 if we initiate the Reinstatement of Authority. Once ALL requirements are met expect your authority to be granted in 7-10 days.
