Mileage Tax Permits

There are 4 states that require qualified trucks to have mileage tax permits.  Please note, this is in addition to the IFTA.  Once permit does not replace another permit.  They are all required.

Complete the form below if your truck qualifies for one of these 4 states (KY, NM, NY and/or OR) and IF you plan to travel through their state.  By setting up these accounts you will be required to file quarterly mileage tax reports.  Oregon, however, requires monthly filings.
