Freight Broker Authority Package for PROPERTY (except Household Goods)

Complete this application if you're planning on owning and operating a freight broker company (one who arranges loads but does not own any trucks).

This package includes:

• MC Number
• USDOT Number
• BOC Filing
• Copy of Broker's License
• UCR Permit

Insurance requirements:
$75,000 Broker Bond
BMC-84 or BMC-85

Please be advised it takes a minimum of 3 weeks before you may operate as a freight broker. All requirements need to be met BEFORE the FMCSA issues the Broker's License.
