~*~3/5/2026 BOC-3 Service Fee Update~*~
When our office originally implemented an annual BOC-3 maintenance fee, it was in anticipation of regulatory system changes that were expected to require ongoing management of filings. With the FMCSA’s MOTUS system now in place, those anticipated requirements did not materialize in the way the industry originally expected.

Because of this, we have discontinued our annual BOC-3 fee. Once your BOC-3 filing is completed, there are no recurring yearly charges unless a change or refiling is required, such as in the case of a legal name change or reinstatement/reapplication of operating authority.

We appreciate our clients and always strive to keep our services straightforward, transparent, and aligned with current FMCSA processes.
