Frequently Asked Questions

How long has Evilsizor been approved FMCSA?
Evilsizor has been approved by the FMCSA since 1991.  We are one of the oldest process agent companies in the nation. We will take very good care of you and will be sure you receive your documents using many different methods.
Does my BOC-3 expire?
BOC-3 Terms Your BOC-3 expires 6/30 annually.

See Terms & Conditions.
Is there an annual fee for BOCs?
Yes, there is a $50 annual fee that due 6/30.
Is there a fee if I am served?
Yes, there is a fee of $99 per service.
Why are there fees?
We charge fees because you hire us to represent you.  All approved 51 agents on file with the FMCSA may receive court or USDOT documents on your behalf.  Then our team kicks in.  Our agents invest their time and do charge Evilsizor a fee for servicing your documents.  Once Evilsizor receives the documents from our agents we set this task as a high priority to get these to you in several different ways including sending a hard copy via mail.

Evilsizor constantly keeps the list of 51 agents nationwide current.  If an agent retires or simply doesn't want to act as our agent anymore we have to search for a new agent and update all information with the FMCSA.
What happens when the $99 is not paid?
In the event the invoice is not paid for services rendered, we begin the BOC removal process with the FMCSA and send the client to collections with American Profit Recovery.

Once the BOC is removed your authority will go inactive.
This is important!
It is important that you can receive emails from Evilsizor.  Though this is not the only method we use for each service it sure helps you when there are tight time constraints issued by the courts.  Also be sure you check your spam for our emails in case some are time sensitive.

Also, be sure your DOT record reflects the correct information.  An MCS-150 biennial update is crucial to your operations and process services.
Be sure to refer to our complete terms and services for further details.
