Be Our Agent

We're looking for a FL agent

PictureAndrea Royston
What is a resident agent?  A resident agent is someone who is willing to receive court documents or USDOT letters on behalf of our clients in the state you reside.

Truckers are never home, so the FMCSA has put this program into place in case they are defendants in a court case or the USDOT is also serving important documents.

The requirements are:
  • Must be a resident in your state
  • Must be willing to receive time-sensitive court/USDOT documents on the client's behalf
  • Scan the documents with your smartphone into a pdf and upload the documents into our I've Been Served portal and we will make sure the trucker receives the documents.

We are one of the oldest BOC blanket companies in America, since 1991, and would love to work with you.  Complete the form below if you are able to serve in the states we have an opening.

Call Andrea Royston if you have any questions at 303-482-2965 x102.
