DO NOT IGNORE YOUR 'DECISION' LETTER FROM THE FMCSA
About a month after you apply for your authority the FMCSA will mail you (not email but come to your actual physical mailbox) a Decision letter. DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER!
Most of 2021 year is almost over! It's time to think about how to finish 2021 strong and be ready for 2022.
I'm not talking about fixing the world's problems. We all know that's a large task and overwhelming. Let's break it down to our world and take care of what we have the most control over.
Did you know that ALL MC/FF/MX accounts filed with the FMCSA needs a BOC-3?
We file the BOC-3 form every day for many carriers and brokers with the FMCSA and are even one of the oldest BOC-3 companies in the US! In fact we've filed over 100,000 forms in the last 29 years!
The most frequent question I receive is...WHAT IS A BOC-3?
Did you just apply for your own authority and wondering...now what? You're not alone. This process sounds simple in the beginning and then you begin to realize there are so many pieces how will you possibly put this all together!
Well you're in luck! I'm here to share with you your next step!
Here's what the FMCSA doesn't tell you!
Hi! I've been working in this industry for over 32 years. I've learned a lot and want to share it with you to help you keep this process simple!
